Growing Lichens are proof for cleanest air and environment

The old mansion-house has been a very popular location to visit among the and prominence of politics and gentry before 1944.

Even a aviation-runway has been built around 2,5 miles to the north, which after 1945 has been embodied into the public road network.

The mansion has appr. 3 hectares. Apart from the ruin of the old mansion-house there are still intact barn and blacksmith buildings.

The park next to the mansion covers around 8 hectares.

It is all located in the middle of the landscape-preservation park "Dolina Slupi", the Slupia Valley.

It means that in the long term no further pollution will be allowed by law to protect the natural environment and character.

he old mansion-house, of course, is allowed to be rebuilt to its original state. It also means that the area in and around the mansion will remain as beaty as You can see from our images presented on this site.

After eight years of hard work recultivating the area of around 170 hecatres, 11 of which are the mansion (3 hectares) and park (8 hectares) it is now our heartly desire to recover the mansion in its original state - most of all, to rebuild the mansion-house.

Therefore we hereby call all interested investor's to draw their attention to this unique and outstanding property in such a beautyful surrounding.

The rebuilt mansion-house would serve ideally as a residence, hotel, nursing-home, hunter's base or eco-educational site.
